Quantity Surveyor – Mechanical & Electrical – South West Region

A new role has become availiable within our South West Region.

About the Role:

• Full responsibility for all aspects of Surveying and Financial duties.

• Develop and maintain good relationships with clients, discuss and agree monthly valuations / variations accounts in conjunction with the project manager.

• Attend pre-let meetings and review of all contract documents working in conjunction with the group commercial director.

• Preparing monthly financial reports on all current projects for regional director.

About the Candidate:

• Minimum 5 years experience of surveying within M&E.

• Willing to take on responsibility.

• Good team player.

• Knowledge and understanding of Contract Law.
